Our InDesign for Beginners course offers an intensive one-day introduction to Adobe's design software.
Find out how to make the most of InDesign's tools, including setting up documents, and placing and editing text.
Learn how to design flyers, leaflets and graphics for use online, then practice during this hands-on session.

Please note: this course is focussed on print outcomes and taught by a tutor experienced in journalism. You will learn how to create text- and image-based folding documents. If you require training beyond this beginner's course, we offer 1-2-1 private tuition and advanced courses by request.

About the Tutor
Arvind Howarth has been teaching at University of the West of England (UWE) since 2010. She currently teaches journalism undergraduate and masters students, specialising in print and web skills. She is also sub-editor at the Bristol Cable and a freelance print designer.
